Meditation

Join Ashley's mindfulness and meditation community. Together we will learn and practice mindfulness techniques from various schools and lineages, both old and new. Each session starts and ends with a check-in of how each person is feeling. Group sessions can last 30-45 mins depending on how many participants. Sliding scale and scholarships are available for group and individual sessions. Please email Ashley to inquire. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
